A Strength Programme Designed for Midlife

Your training programme is built specifically for you, taking into account your experience, injuries, equipment and schedule, with a focus on building strength, supporting bone health and improving body composition.

A Practical Nutrition Strategy

No extreme diets or unrealistic rules. Instead we focus on protein, blood sugar balance and sustainable habits that support fat loss, energy and hormonal health.

Weekly 1:1 Coaching Calls on Zoom - Each week we meet on Zoom to review progress, troubleshoot challenges and adjust your plan so you keep moving forward.

Daily Accountability - Regular check-ins help keep momentum going, celebrate progress and course-correct quickly if something isn’t working.

Direct Access to Anya - You can message me whenever you need support, guidance or encouragement during the week.
