WHAT IT IS
MenoLift Monthly is a rolling online strength training membership for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

All workouts are delivered through the MenoLift app with easy-to-follow videos and clear voiceover coaching, so you always know exactly what to do and how to do it well. There are no long contracts. It’s a simple monthly subscription with the
flexibility to cancel anytime before your next billing date.
