A beginner-friendly, self-paced online programme designed to give women who are new to strength training the foundations they need to start with confidence.

 

The programme focuses on full-body conditioning to prepare your

body for strength training, helping to improve movement quality, build

baseline strength, and reduce the risk of injury before progressing to

heavier or more structured resistance work.

 

By completing MenoLift Off first, you’re setting yourself up for a safer, more effective and more sustainable training journey. It’s the ideal stepping stone into MenoLift Live or MenoLift Monthly.

All you need is a resistance band.
