Nothing means more to me than seeing women grow stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies. Every woman I work with has her own story, challenges, and goals, and it’s a privilege to support them through that journey.

I had never used weights before as I was hesitant however, Anya’s nurturing and personalised approach soon put me at ease and I was seeing a difference in a matter of weeks. Anya is very attentive and works with you, as an individual- boosting your confidence by encouraging you to push further. Being flexible around my working patterns was important to me so Anya offers in person and recorded classes which meant I never missed one. I’d highly recommend Anya’s group and individual sessions.
